Warranty - Animated Clothes


For 100 FIRE animated clothing, we provide a warranty against lost or damaged in transport.

Lost parcel

If you have not received your parcel as shown on the shipping advice, please send us an email with your order number, and we will revert to you. If the parcel is lost as confirmed by the postal services, or returned to us and received by us, we will refund you in full or send you a replacement at our cost.

Damaged item:

If the product is damaged on arrival, please email us a few pictures evidencing the problem, and we will revert to you.

Augmented Reality (AR):

The animation of T-Shirts and caps can be experienced through the StreamWear application on a smart phone. You need to download this free application from the Apple Store (iOS) or from the Google App store (Android) to enjoy this feature.

The StreamWear mobile application provides a layer of Augmented Reality (AR) on top of the clothing artworks (markers). You need a smart phone with iOS10 or above version (iPhone) or Android 5 (Android phones), as well as reasonably fast Internet connection (4G, Wifi).

While we try our best efforts to ensure that this functionality works on your 100 FIRE product, we do not guaranty this feature in the following cases:

- If your marker (artwork on textile) is wrinkled, damaged or worn off.

- If you stand further than 2 meters from the animated clothing.

- If there is not enough light.

- If you move the clothing or your phone excessively.

- If your smart phone is old, damaged or equipped with a low performance camera.

- If your connection to the Internet is poor or slow.

Fillony limited, its directors, officers, and employees, shall under no circumstances be held responsible or liable for any temporary or permanent discontinuation of the animation services or functionalities, resulting from any cause or event which Fillony limited could not reasonably avoid and/or the consequences whereof it could not prevent by the exercise of reasonable diligence, the failure or malicious act of a third party, company winding up, legal authorities orders, or force majeure. In any event, any claim against us shall be limited to the amount that you have paid for the product(s).
